Nourished body© is an 8 week group program that uses the approaches of a mindful lifestyle and Health at Every Size®. We will examine the impact of societal messages around diets and body size. Instead, learn how to create a healthier relationship with yourself, both mind and body, and become a happier version of you TODAY.
