If you are registered with a physician from one of the Thousand Islands locations (Gananoque, Seeleys Bay, or Lansdowne) please contact your family physician for locations of after hours care.  Urgent care clinics are held Monday to Thursday evenings from 5pm to 8pm.  All after hours appointments are walk in except Dr. Maitland who requests that patients call to set up an appointment (613-382-2558) for his weekday evening urgent care clinic.  Weekend clinics are either Saturday OR Sunday (6 hour clinic) or Saturday AND Sunday (3 hr clinic each), times vary from office to office so please contact your family doctor for more details.  WEEKEND clinics are all walk in.

The Upper Canada Family Health Team (UCFHT) offers an after-hours number to a Telehealth Registered Nurse, who will provide advice about your urgent health care concerns.
