Program Details

The Gerontology Program assists individuals to remain in their homes and enhance their quality of life by providing education and counselling, interacting with community partners to develop unique service ideas without duplication and providing advocacy on a micro and macro level. The physician-led team is composed of two physicians, 2 registered nurses, one social worker and one pharmacist.
