Healthy Eating
Registered Dietitians are experts in the area of nutrition and counselling. They are trained to provide individualized, evidence-based nutrition therapy to clients. The long term goals are to optimize nutrition status, improve health, increase longevity and enhance enjoyment of life.
In collaboration with clients, caregivers and healthcare providers, they play an important role in promoting health, preventing disease and managing both acute and chronic diseases where nutrition is a key factor. Strategies to manage nutrition related problems are discussed and tailored to meet each person’s individualized needs.
